Have you ever felt like your life was "falling apart"? Or perhaps there's that ONE thing that you can't seem to find freedom from. There is HOPE. "Life" happens to us whether we want it to or not. The "trials" can be overwhelming at times, yet there are some simple things we can do to ensure that we won't be "shaken" when the storms of life hit.

If you are struggling with a "life issue", Dr. Krista Driver can guide you on the journey to wholeness. Incorporating traditional psychology, spiritual concepts and biofeedback approaches to the dilemma's we call, "Life", Dr. Driver includes a wide variety of techniques with her clients.

Dr. Krista has written books and articles on topics such as: eating disorders, relationships, communication, body image and etc... In addition to her writings, she has been invited to speak on the radio, TV, conferences and seminars.
